Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
Pegasus Party Games (“Pegasus”, “we”) operates the party-games service at pegasuspartygames.com. By creating an account or joining a party you agree to these terms.
2. Hosts and players
Pegasus has two kinds of participant, and they are treated differently:
- Hosts hold an account, choose a plan, and start parties. The host's plan governs the whole table — it decides how many players can join and which games can be launched.
- Players join a party by scanning a code. They pick a display name, do not create an account, and are never charged.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live. Individual games carry their own age ratings, shown on each title, and some are rated 16+. Hosts are responsible for who they invite to a party.
4. Plans, seats and games
Paid plans unlock additional games and a larger table. Which games each plan unlocks is shown on the pricing section and may change as the catalogue grows; we will not remove a game from a plan you are currently paying for without notice.
One party at a time. An account hosts a single party, on every plan. Your plan sets how many people can join that party — five on Basic, fifteen on Pro, no limit on Ultra — not how many parties you can run at once.
Your account is for playing. Do not resell access, share it so that several groups play at once, or use it to run a service of your own.
The Basic plan is ad-supported; Pro and Ultra are not. What that means for your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Content in games
Several games ask you to write or draw, and several send what you write to a third-party AI model to generate a response (see the Privacy Policy). You keep ownership of what you create; you grant us the licence needed to show it to the other players in your party and to store it for the duration of that session.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or that harasses another player. We may end a party or suspend an account for abuse.
6. Availability
Pegasus is provided as-is. Games are live, real-time and depend on third parties; sessions can be interrupted. We do not warrant uninterrupted service.
7. Payment
Who you are buying from depends on where you are, because the two routes are genuinely different arrangements and it would be misleading to describe them as one.
Outside Pakistan. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Your contract for the purchase itself is with Paddle, their buyer terms apply alongside these, and Paddle is responsible for sales tax and VAT on the sale.
In Pakistan. Payments are processed by Safepay, which is a payment gateway rather than a reseller. Your contract for the purchase is with us, we are the seller of record, and we are responsible for any applicable Pakistani taxes on the sale. Safepay handles the payment itself and nothing else.
In both cases the service you receive is the same, and the Refund Policy applies to both. See it for cancellations.
8. Termination
You may stop using Pegasus at any time and cancel from your account page. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This does not take away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where that law gives you something these terms do not, that law wins.
