Ownership Policy

1. Who owns and operates Pegasus

Pegasus Party Games is a product of AmsiTech Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan and owned by Shahid Bajwa.

Registration and National Tax Number details are held on file and are provided to payment partners, banks and regulators on request.

AmsiTech Solutions owns and operates the website at pegasuspartygames.com and the service delivered through it. When you buy a plan in Pakistan you are buying from AmsiTech Solutions directly — it is the seller of record, and it is who to contact if anything goes wrong.

Pegasus Party Games and Pegasus Game Studios are trading names of AmsiTech Solutions. They are not separately registered entities, and there is no separate company behind them.

2. Ownership of the entity

AmsiTech Solutions is a sole proprietorship wholly owned by Shahid Bajwa.

There are no shareholders, partners or directors. No third party holds a controlling or beneficial interest in the business, and ownership has not been transferred or assigned to anyone else.

3. Ownership of the website and service

AmsiTech Solutions owns the domain pegasuspartygames.com and everything served from it: the game servers, the party and matchmaking system, the account system, and the website itself.

We do not operate this service on behalf of anyone else. No part of it is franchised, licensed or resold by a third party.

4. Intellectual property

All games on Pegasus — Quizzainaire, Escape It!, Chain Art, Slipstream, Hunted, Turing's Fact, Paranoia, Story Wizard and Hot Potato — are developed and owned by AmsiTech Solutions, together with their source code, artwork, audio, written content and design.

The Pegasus, Pegasus Game Studios and AmsiTech Solutions names and logos are our marks and may not be used without written permission.

Where a game references real-world people, films, shows or characters, those references remain the property of their respective owners and are used for the purpose of the game only.

5. What you own when you pay

This is worth being precise about, because digital goods make it easy to be vague.

A plan buys access, not ownership. Paying for Basic, Pro or Ultra grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to host parties on that plan for the period you have paid for. It unlocks additional games and a larger table. It does not transfer ownership of any game to you.

Nothing is downloaded or kept. Pegasus runs on our servers. There is no file you own, no copy that persists, and no offline version. When the period you paid for ends, the licence ends and your table returns to the free tier.

Your account is yours, and it stays yours. We do not sell, transfer or assign accounts. You may not sell or transfer yours either — a plan belongs to the host who bought it.

Players own nothing and pay nothing. Players join a party by scanning a code. They do not hold an account, are never charged, and hold no licence — the host's plan governs the whole table.

6. What you write and draw stays yours

Several games ask you to write or draw. You keep ownership of everything you create. You grant us only the licence we need to show it to the other players at your table and to store it for the duration of that session. We do not claim ownership of it, sell it, or use it to advertise.

Some games send what you write to a third-party AI model to generate a response. What that involves is set out in our Privacy Policy. The response the model returns is generated for your session, and we make no ownership claim over what you put in.

7. Services we do not own

Pegasus depends on services owned by other companies. We claim no ownership over any of them, and their own terms govern their services:

  • Paddle.com — merchant of record for payments outside Pakistan
  • Safepay — payment gateway for payments in Pakistan
  • Supabase — accounts, database and image storage
  • Vercel — web hosting
  • Google Cloud — Gemini models and Text-to-Speech
